At Yoga at the Beach, we want you to feel confident when booking our classes, events, or purchasing our products. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued.
1. Class & Event Bookings
- Cancellations by You:
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled class or event are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future booking.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start time are non-refundable.
- No-Shows:
- If you do not attend a booked class or event without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
2. Cancellations by Us
- If we cancel a class or event due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive:
- A full refund or
- The option to reschedule at no additional cost.
3. Digital Products & Online Classes
- Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of downloadable or streaming products are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.
4. Physical Products
- Refunds or exchanges are available for defective or damaged items reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
