1. Where do your yoga classes take place?

Our classes are held right on the beach and inhouse. so you can enjoy the sound of the waves and fresh ocean air while you practice. The exact location will be shared in your booking confirmation email.


2. Do I need to bring my own yoga mat?

Yes, we recommend bringing your own mat or beach towel for comfort. If you don’t have one, let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to provide one.


3. What should I wear?

Wear light, comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Since we’re outdoors, sunscreen and a hat are also a good idea.


4. Are your classes suitable for beginners?

Absolutely! Our sessions are designed for all levels. Instructors will offer modifications so you can practice at your own pace.


5. What happens if it rains?

If the weather isn’t suitable for an outdoor class, we’ll notify you by email or text and either reschedule or offer a full refund.


6. How do I book a class?

You can book directly through our website’s booking page. Once payment is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.


7. Can I bring a friend or family member?

Of course! Just make sure to book a spot for each person so we can prepare accordingly.


8. What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the class start time are eligible for a full refund or credit. Please see our Refund Policy page for full details.


9. Do you offer private or group sessions?

Yes! We offer private one-on-one sessions, small group classes, and even special events like sunrise yoga for weddings or retreats. Contact us at support(@)yogaatthebeach.com for details.
